Happy Easter!
We have had a busy week this week between preschool, a field trip to the sugar bush, and Laura starting
gymnastics, but we managed to squeeze in a few Easter activities, too. :)
We tried using natural dyes (red cabbage, onion skins, and beet juice) to dye our eggs this year. They turned out very... earthy.

All done!

Laura helped me make some "birds' nests" treats to take to Easter dinner

We had Easter dinner with my family on Friday night at my mom's

And we did an egg hunt this morning

Probably the happiest Laura was all day.
We spent the rest of the day today doing a bit of yardwork to get the front cleaned up, and battling overtired children to have naps. ;)
